Originally from the Chicago area, Eve Jacobs is a dance artist based in NYC. She earned her BFA from Juilliard, where she received the Hector Zaraspe Prize for Choreography. Eve was a member of Jessica Lang Dance from 2015-2019, performing in over 75 cities across six countries and in productions at The Kennedy Center, Lincoln Center, and Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival. In addition, she has enjoyed performing with the Merce Cunningham Trust, Washington National Opera, and Cornfield Dance. Jacobs has choreographed for dance, theater, and film, including a 3D-animation short which premiered at the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival. She is a teaching artist with New York City Ballet and Battery Dance, bringing dance education programs to NYC public schools, and an MFA ’24 candidate at Hunter College.
